He's a porn actor; the joke is that if you have a big enough weiner you can walk on three legs. Like a tripod...
Age is just another obstacle. Get over it.

i didn't read all the comments so i don't know if this has been said.

But look up walking techniques. for me when I'm walking in shoes i start as far back on my heel and slowly roll my foot to the outside just a little, so that the inside of my foot doesn't completely touch the ground, and then i set my toes down. if you try this you will have to adjust your foot at varied speeds of course.

As for landing try getting your legs tucked as high into you as you can. and straighten them before you land, as you land stick your feet back out (Toes pointed out, with the balls of your feet parellel-ish to the ground) and then allow your legs to absorb the shock as you hit the ground.

like someone else said, muscle control is a big part in silence.
Have you ever thought, could do?

Haha, only a band geek would say this, buuuuuut...

I cannot tell you how many times I've walked right up to people with a roll step. Roll stepping, is, quite literally, rolling your foot, in one smooth motion from your heel, all the way to your big toe, in one fluid motion. If your roll step correctly, when you step off with one foot, the others heel should already he touching the ground. It takes A LOT of practice, and your calves are going to hate you. Bit, the bonus is, you can practice, all.day, every day. I still roll step once in a while to catch myself from taking a nasty spill, or if i feel like being sneaky.
Parkour is.

Okay, I can't run completely silently, but I am fairly quiet when I run most of the time. It's like... When you're running, instead of tensing and striking the ground with your foot, let your foot just land softly and then tense and spring. It takes a little practice at first, but it's fairly easy to get used to. You might move a little slower and expend more energy when running like this, because you have to use your muscles a little more instead of just letting your legs take the impact and work like springs, but unless I'm mistaken it should make you quieter.

I'm going to have to try some of these other methods mentioned myself- They sound interesting. I always thought running while leaning forward was to increase your speed and lower your visibility, myself.

running silent is about technique and repitition over the past couple of years ive been able to run at full sprint without making much sound and thats quite an achivement since i was 285lbs doin it so anyone can do it as long as uve got the time to practice running on the balls of ur feet and being able to avoid anything that will make a loud sound on contact like hardwood floors n such
