Been awhile since last post.

Healing is happening slowly but surely the surgery was a success the knee cap is resting within the valley properly and isnt shifting out when my knee is bent. Only allowed 40% bend right now so the brace is staying on. have full weight baring so im able to walk as long as the pain isnt to intense.

Exercises been doin since last post.
Pushups (3 limbs on ground): 3 Reps of 5
Triple threats:2 reps of 15 each

still labor day weekend
Noticed alot of ppl have definable goals all ive really got is to heal but ill add some more in along with a diet regime. Took it easier today kinda spoiled myself at my uncles and aunts.

Intake:
1 banana around 1100
half a bag of grapes (about 1/3 pound) Around 1100
Cup of Juicy juice with lunch at 1400
2 bottles of water through out the day
small Microwave Pizza (slowly cutting back use to eat 3-4 a day)Around 1400
4 BBQ chicken wings about 2100
and a Peanut butter/Chocolate cookie (and i hated myself after for it) with the wings
1/2 pound of Pork Roast and potatoes at 1900
2 cups of Coca cola (no bottled water their tap water has a high iron count)

Goals:
Lose 10pounds at 230 (gained a bit due to poor eating habits after my accident)
Do 20push ups without stop
30 sets of each part of triple threats without stop
already stated get healed up so i can get bak out
Correct my diet one step at a time

Exercises:
2 reps of 10 push ups
1 rep of triple threats
Alot of walking around at my family outing
And the Pt exercises (Willing to explain if anyone is interested)

kinda havnt posted in a few days kinda been off lately ive been feeling off and havnt been sleeping well if at all. but i dug into my symptoms and found a syndrome that fits my behavior over the past couple of years its called sleep apnea ( http://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/understanding-obstructive-sleep-apnea-syndrome ) it would explain my school work and how ive lived my life my past few years and would explain my problem with weight problems and my slacker mentality over the years. im goin to bring this up to my pt person when i go in a few hours and see wat they would have to say about it hopefully i can get something done with this and get started on my goals once again

well its deffinatly been awhile since i last posted been some 2 or 3 months i think kinda been busy i started work last month and have been working nites 5 days a weeks which is probably slowly killing me my diet has shift from eating semi healthy lookin forward to getting the ok from my doc to get bak out to eating my work food every nite which in no way is healthy ive been sleeping as well as i was bak in sept wheni posted about needing a sleep study done which is scheduled for the 11th of dec. the 7th ill see my doctor and hopefully get full cleareance to start training and working out again and starting from scratch with parkour mostly small vaults and such nothing stupid like i was doin before. will be looking for a 24 hour gym so i can start working out after work and before work and such when i got free time so i can build my muscles and cardio bak up along with losing wieght so theres less strain on both myself and my knee. but ill be bak sooner then later hopefully will probalby post after my app with my knee doc and let everyone kno if and when ill be bak on duty ttyl and be save
