once again its been a bit again since my post ive had a stomach bug and havnt been able to keep up with my gym workouts and outdoor workouts but i finally got my cam n i felt better today so tomorrow i should be up for getting out and training n goin to the gym so i should be happy. on a good note im down to 235lbs thx stomach bug

so its been 2 weeks since my last post been extremely busy my mums graduating from college im still trying to get my hamstring to heal but ive still been training. this weekend has been busy went down town for around 6hours and trained with some guys and trained abit at the gym yesturday so its been a good pk weekend. been busy with work also ive been trying to speak to the owner to see if shift my schedule around so i can start takingg Muay Thai classes to help with my wieghtloss and strengthening.

on a good not its my Bday so im breaking most of my heath habits just for tonite
