Just once will be enough if you choose your wall right.  Of course you can do this more then once if you like.  Me and my group do it about once a year.  After a day of this you don't really have a problem lowing yourself into a cat ever.  Which can be a vital skill to have.

Ok so I'm trying to imagine what this looks like u pop vault on top of the wall then you jump backwards off of it and cath if again on the way down?
