I'm going to be leaving for a few months, so I won't be seeing any of you for a while. Take care everyone. Have fun and train hard.

 Then something more towards conditioning.

I want to say here. Make the middle month mainly conditioning. I can sorta help lead too if need be. Then again other might want only play but here's my final vote.

Took some searching but I found it.
Long link XD

I'm thinking we should meet up at Ala Moana park and walk over. Simplest and not a far walk.

Ryan you can quote and change this how you want...

When: August 15th Meet at 10:30-11:00 A.M. until 3:00 - 5:00 P.M.
Where: Meet at Ala Moana Park near the beach
Ala Moana Park Dr
Honolulu, HI 96814
(hereish)
What to bring: Water and energy
This will be a mid month conditioning jam where we train our bodies for the rigors of parkour.

Sorry I didn't show, my parents told me last minute I couldn't go because some friend was flying in. Sucks and I feel bad about not being there.

'Kay so some one else vote for the end of the month, I have no idea if I'm going to make it. I think I have to watch kids then.

today's jam was great met a new guy today Leroy at the alawaihttp://www.americanparkour.com/smf/index.php/topic,18660.0.html...so it was Matt, Leroy, and I just chilling at the ala wai entrance for a hour or two we fooled around at the entrance matt broke out his slack line and we met some tourists who wanted to try it out.  Later we played add on.  Then we moved onto the steps behind the convention center.  Once matt washed his face in the dirty water we went to this spot in hobron lane http://www.americanparkour.com/smf/index.php/topic,18645.0.html had so much to do there.  Security was light and friendly.  We met an old guy there who was really interested in our movement, so I told him about cross fit.  Avi and Vega showed up later, and matt broke out his slack line...we all fooled around on it a bit.  pretty much the summary of todays jam...hope to see more of you guys later

I might not make it, I injured my shoulder a bit and need to let it rest for my trip.
