Cyanide's training log.

Ok so i'm CyanideSoda. Like many of you know. I've been doing parkour for about a year. Maybe a little longer. Now i have some really strange beliefs on how training best affects me. First off i don't condition. But i also don't do big moves. I train small things over and over again until i perfect them, and then can do them without any doubts. So with no furthur adu, My training journal.

Monday Oct, 23:
      Hello everyone. I woke up today and fell back asleep, managed to wonder into school, managed to find my way home, and with alot of motivation headed into the woods.

      I ran around in the woods for a while. I did alot of jumps, and agile running. You see this is the way i do parkour in the woods. It isn't so much of drilling as just moving. You just run, and eventually, after a while you just do things as you run. It's really quite great. Anyways yeah it was fun.

       I then went over to my freind Tim and Chris's house. We played quite a bit of hacky, and we played some tag. I also practiced some tic-tacs off of a tree. Anyways it was really fun. I made some bad food choices today, but, i hardly ever eat fast food, so i guess the moderation rule applys. It was yummy. I'll eat healthier tommorow.

Tuesday the 24'th
     I ate well today. About the only bad thing i had was one half of a donut. I went to the Y after school and spend 2 hours playing basketball, hacky sack, and ping-pong. I then spent about 30 minuts drilling vaults, and cats. It wasn't so bad, but i have a lot of homework so work for the rest of the day.

Ok i did nothing wednesday except chill with my freind andrew.

Thursday the 25th of the october.

Aggh crappy day. I so wanted to do parkour but i went into the woods and it was way to wet. I was getting soaked fast and it was cold as well. Now it's night time and there's nothing i can do about it. DAMN MOTHER NATURE.

Sorry mother nature i less than three you.

Sunday f#ck the date.

Ok yesturday nothing, friday nothing. Today however i did quite a abit. First off i trained agility and body awareness in the woods. This attributes to flow. I then went to the MCC campus and drilled, things i can do on a wall. (namely pop vaults, wall runs, and cats). No cops got mad at me, but i took a spill and cut up my wrist. After that iw as so mad i just said I"M GOING TO DO IT. And i did it. I did a 5 foot pop vault, to precision on a 4 foot rail, to cat on a 10 foot wall, to a vault on a 8 foot wall, then on the ground and i ran home.

Tuesday, i slept WAY late today. Way to late to go to school. And then i wasted the day away reading. However i can say that i started doing the WOD a couple days a go and have been enjoying it.

Ok so it wasn't a waste. I just meant that i didn't do anything really productive. I read a book about a nuclear forest in russia, and started on a book from one of my parents best freinds, it's called "The Lake, The River, and The Other Lake". So far it's been really funny and intresting. So yeah, i love reading, it's just i should have spent at least some time training, and working on my room.

Sunday. Ok i know, bad me, i haven't posted in a while. This is because i scraped the hell out of my knee, and it is difficult for me to run. As soon as it finishes healing a little more i'll head right back out and start up. Probally tuesday/wednesday.
