im currently in the midst of switching over to eating better, i dont want to do it all at once because of how atrocious my diet once was so im taking baby steps.
so far i feel f#cking spectacular, raw veggies, nuts, meats, fruit and lots of water and juices have done me pretty well. most foods we eat these days are full of fat, sugar, processed sugar, oils and loads of other junk that our bodies are not even close to designed to process. you get used to all the intense flavors over the years, so when you eat celery or carrots it tastes like shit, why?
because its not meant to be jam packed with flavors, enjoy natures bounty and all that she gives you. why process something that you can pluck off a tree or a vine and eat whole?
