Most people, outside of the very obese and strict newbies, can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I don't see what's so fallacious here.
You need a perfect diet, and workout routine. Most people you'll see that can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time are either payed to workout, or genetic freaks...
Lucky bastards...
16.
But, what do I eat?
All the 'healthy' foods in my house taste disgusting.
Also, we rarely ever have any good food.
Any healthy foods you do enjoy? A big switch is changing your snacks, thats a great place to start. Maybe do some carrots and celery in a light ranch dressing, or celery with PB on it. Apple slices with a little cinnamon sugar (keep the ranch and cinnamon sugar is moderation mind you).
You just have to find healthy foods you like, then it's easy to switch.
ps.
Bananas are godly when it comes to working out a lot, back when I was deeply into lifting I was eating 2 bananas a day, loved it.
