going outside is not always an option. and when its not its better to have a place to train than to sit on your ass and play video games

I was suggesting removing or partially moving the windows so he could combine that post and that small drop with everything else suggested. I did not intend to sound offensive or sarcastic.

Lache to cat the post, post to post cat, post to i beam lache thingy, pole palm flips, climb ups on the fireplace and othe walls with small ledges, train grip by doing 4 finger holds or 2 fingers holds on various objects, put the broom on the floor and lache to precision or kong or cat to precison too.
