Boy : Do not try and bend the spoon...that's impossible...Instead,only try to realize the truth...
Neo : What truth?
Boy : There is no spoon.
Neo : There is no spoon?
Boy : Then you will see, it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.

I'll train with you, but I won't have a car for a couple more weeks, I live in Urbandale, though.

Thats not all that far, you basically live in des moines. I can tell you right now, Atlantic is a town of about 8,000 ppl... so it's not all that great for pk. I could probably drive to des moines some weekend. How long have you been training? I still consider myself kinda new to all the movements

Not long, at all, I don't know any places, specifically, that we can train around here.  I've been told that you can practice these techniques in the forest, just don't get lost.  I haven't done much in the way of training, I've got a big motivation issue.

I have a vehicle now, and I currently have no plans during the day, but I work in the evening from 5 to 8.  If anyone's willing to get together, preferably in Urbandale, but I'll go anywhere in Des Moines, I really need to start working out.  If you want my number or wanna get something together, PM me.

Does anybody know if there are any gymnastics...gyms(dunno what else you'd call 'em) in Des Moines?  Like the ones that have the pads that you see people practicing parkour movements on in the videos.
