Trainings:
Worked on front tucks, vaults (mainly 360), handstands, and flow for about an hour.

Diet:
Breakfast-
2 bowls of Frosted Mini-Wheats
Lunch-
1.5 bowls of Forsted Mini-Wheats
Dinner-
4 pieces of Kroger Value Pepperonni Pizza
Snack-
1 Banana

Workouts:
1x10 Pull Ups
1x15 Minute Jog + 1x30 Push Ups
Daily Routine
Bodyweight Conditioning

Side Note: did a 3:15 handstand. Rested for 1 minute. Went for the rest of the 5 minute timer. Then; without going back down, turnde off the alarm and went to stopwatch (w/one hand :P) and started that. Got to 1 mintue. :D

Few handfuls of animal crackers

Here I go again -.- Well, I've been feeling terrible about myself. I have a feeling I'm gaining a lot of weight. Because of Winter weather (snow/ice), I don't get to go out -__-
I'm gonna try to start this again to watch myself and keep track of how I do. I want to improve, I do.

So here:

Diet:
Breakfast-
2 cookies...
"Lunch"-
Throughout school, I kept getting little bags of "goodies" from friends. So I had a lot of sweets at school. :/
Snack-
2 Cookies
Dinner-
10 Chicken Nuggets w/some Fries

Workout:
2x12 Pull Ups
2x12 Pull Ups (48 Total)
"New" Daily Routine. (Will post later, right now I want to focus on my diet, as I know it's bad... Really bad. >_<)

I've started to lift again today :D I want to try and start this ONE MORE TIME >_< Haha.
I'm not gonna post my diet for today, because I can't remember any of it >__< But.

Workout:
4x8 Bench Press 1 minute rest between sets - 74.8 lbs + bar weight (idk how much it weighs -__-)
4x15 Push Ups 1 minute rest between sets
4x8 Bicep Curls (Maybe tri, idk the difference, to be honest >_<) 1 minute rest between sets - 28.6 lbs + bar weight
4x8 Forearm Curls 1 minute rest between sets - 28.6 lbs + bar weight

Went to a gym today, worked on front tucks, tried random double front tucks (oh my xD I wish I had a camera :P) for the first time ever, websters, and back handsprings.

Main goal:
Get a back handspring by my birthday (March 31st)

Diet:
Breakfast- 2 bowls of Crispy Rice :P
Snack- Handful of Raisins :3
Lunch- Apple Dippers
Dinner- 3 slices of Kroger pizza -_-

Went out freerunning for about an hour and a half.
I really need to work on flow -_-

(30 second rest; I couldn't finish my last set, so I split it into two sets)
1x4 Bench Press - 74.8 lbs + bar weight

Level 3 "Six Pack Abs" workout from Passion4Profession.

Overall:
2 Poptarts
Buffet at Ponderosa -_-

I'll be getting back in line tomorrow.

Just got what I needed for dietary improvements >_< So, after this weekend (going to mi madre's for the weekend), my diet should be cleaned up mucho. :D

2/16:
Workout:

idr much diet >_< I made cookies for some friends and three people didn't show so I had some of those >_<

2/17:
No workouts, rest day.
Did work on back handsprings however.

Diet:
1 bowl of Crispy Rice
About 4 cups of almond crackers
Handfull Vanilla Waffers with Peanut Butter
Haven't had dinner yet; I'll try and make it not too bad :/

I did a lot of freerunning, not much working out though :/ And... Terrible, terrible diet >_<

It was worth it.
But; I didn't lift and I couldn't help my diet.
Stayed the night there also.

Did some lifts today; nothing worth posting though.

Went freerunning for a bit. Worked on front tucks for about half an hour. Worked on precisions, strides, and jumping in general for about an hour.
Overall; good session <3

Friday:
Can't really remember much. No major workouts; random sets of 14 pull ups though ? :P No freerunning. Diet wasn't terrible, good, actually :P Had to work; hence why I didn't do much.

Saturday (today):
Practice:
Went out around 10 for freerunning, was out till about 2. But the places were really muddy, so nothing much was really done :/ But we walked about 8 miles xD

Workouts:
5x3 Squats w/1 minute rest between sets; 83.6 lbs + bar weight
5x3 Bench Press (I tried regular press... I'm not sure if I even had proper technique, but I couldn't do it >_< So this is my substitute. I prefer bench anyways) w/1 minute rest between sets; 83.6 lbs + bar weight
5x3 Dead Lift (On the "Calories, Fat, Muscle..." thread I was suggested to do 3x2 Dead Lifts instead of the power cleans >_< So I did 3 sets instead) w/1 minute rest between sets; 83.6 lbs + bar weight

Note:
I just realized instead of doing 3x5 today, I did 5x3 Dx But I liked that... Is that gonna affect me? O.o

Just had fun :) First major height flip :P Well, not major, but to me >_<

Overall; minus diet; excellent day :)

I think I'm gonna start doing some kinda workout every day and clean up my diet majorly... I'm gonna do this, I Need to ! :O

Haven't done anything really. Did some freerunning every day but nothing too good :/ Went to tumbling class for the first time yesterday though :P
