Friday:
Can't really remember much. No major workouts; random sets of 14 pull ups though ?

No freerunning. Diet wasn't terrible, good, actually

Had to work; hence why I didn't do much.
Saturday (today):
Practice:
Went out around 10 for freerunning, was out till about 2. But the places were really muddy, so nothing much was really done :/ But we walked about 8 miles xD
Workouts:
5x3 Squats w/1 minute rest between sets; 83.6 lbs + bar weight
5x3 Bench Press (I tried regular press... I'm not sure if I even had proper technique, but I couldn't do it >_< So this is my substitute. I prefer bench anyways) w/1 minute rest between sets; 83.6 lbs + bar weight
5x3 Dead Lift (On the "Calories, Fat, Muscle..." thread I was suggested to do 3x2 Dead Lifts instead of the power cleans >_< So I did 3 sets instead) w/1 minute rest between sets; 83.6 lbs + bar weight

Note:
I just realized instead of doing 3x5 today, I did 5x3 Dx But I liked that... Is that gonna affect me? O.o
