Day 10:
Went downtown for a couple of hours. Wasn't bad. Worked on flow primarily, and didn't bother with my camera so it wasn't just flip focused ;)
Then an hour and a half cheer practice. :P
Now, conditioning:
25-20-15 Push Ups
60-50-40 Sit Ups
30-25-20 Squats
12-8-5 Pull Ups

Pretty good day :)

Day 11:
Crazy good day.
Went downtown and trained with a friend for a while, then members of LPK showed up, and i now know some sick spots to train at. It began to pour, crazily. So, i proved something to myself. Although limited to certain movements, i can still train. So. Good day. No footage though :/

Conditioning too!
Alright, here's what i did for my routine tonight:

3 minute wall handstand
-1 minute of rest
4 holds of tuck planche to total a minute
-25 seconds, 15, 10, and 10 = 60
3x5 "HSPU Negatives"
-30 seconds of rest (i think)
-> When u get a chance, I'll post a video of this to make sure I'm doing these right.
3x8 Dips (I. Love. These.)
-30 seconds of rest
3x3 Muscle Up Negatives
-30 seconds of rest (i think)
3 holds of Back Lever tuck
-45 second holds with 30 seconds of rest
3 holds of Front Lever tuck
-30 second holds with 30 seconds of rest
3x5 Pistols (both legs)
-30 seconds of rest
3x12 Box Jump
-30 seconds of rest

Days 12-16:
Had a cheer competition, so i conditioned in the hotel room while i could. Otherwise, i just cheered, which also meant tumbling. When time provided, i worked on my standing tucks as much as possible :P
True posts start again tomorrow seeing as I'm back in town.

Day 17:
Had to play catch up on homework for missing school on Friday, so training was not long. ~45 minutes. Plus, it was wet, windy, cold, and dark as hell by 6:15. -.-  If it says anything about the weather, my school was locked in the hallway for about an hour due to a tornado warning :P

Within the quick session i mostly did:
Arabian work.
Kong w/Front Tuck work. <--- JUST LEARNED THIS! Hell yeah! New trick :)
--- What is this called though? http://m.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3Dhi-PNrniZhE&h=4AQETj3Y2

Too wet to get flow work or anything really done.

Conditioning:
25 Push Ups - 50 Sit Ups - 5 Wide Pull Ups - 35 Squats - 8 Dips
2 minutes rest.
Repeat two more times. :P

Day 18:
Mom had to borrow my car or else I'd be out longer... but i got a 3 hour session in.
Worked on things i normally wouldn't, tried to add more variety to my style.
But.
First half hour:
Drilled this kong precision. Once solid, it was a kong precision, precision, Webster. :)
Did a basic flow line a few times to get different angles and get more effective with those skills (Cat leap, precision between two thin, wobbly plastic "railings" and a connected Webster).
Then drilled side flips a few times.
Next two and a half hours:
Everything almost :P I didn't really throw a back tuck though, which is odd o.O
First worked on two lines. Then LPK people showee up and we jamed for the remaining time :P I'm beginning to learn the bases of wall runs and tic tacs. It's really fun :) Did flow lines with them, and just worked on things :P
after the sesson i spent about 10 minutes trying to learn a mococa o.O

Conditioning:
3 minutes handstand
1 minute rest
3x12 HSPU progression, used my camera's display box and turned it to have it as high as possible to mark how far i go for a HSPU. 2 minutes of rest.
3x8 Dips. 2 minutes of rest.
3x6 Wide Grip Pull Ups. 2 minutes of rest.
3x3 second hold of Back Lever Tuck (advanced at times?). 2 minutes rest.

I'm giving my legs a break :P

Good day is good :)

Day 19:
Picnic table training for about 30 minutes.
Cheer practice for 2 hours. Worked a lot on my tumbling. Standing tucks are more consistent, and i feel like my standing fulls may be getting a little closer. :)

Day 21 i have a mini-jam with my old team <3 And I'm moving back this weekend.
. So they'll be my team again I suppose? :P

Day 20:
Had a couple hour session with David, and we worked mostly on Arabian's. It was wet so we couldn't get much flow incorporated :/

Day 21:
Haddd... 3.5 hour session with Matthew, and Nick. Finally got them back into the swing of things :P Was a damn good session, we all became a lot closer too. :O Nick learned to side flip, which was legit! Matthew is getting more flow into his style :D And I just practiced :P Made my movements more solid, such as my front half, that's fer sure. We are officially a team once more :D

Day 22:
Well, just moved back in with my dad, so I had no true training. But, I did have 2 hour cheer practice. I spent about a total of 45-60 minutes working on my tumbling skills. I think I'm almost to do a back tuck on something such as a wall (would this be called a tuck precision ? o.O). I was drilling it by doing a standing tuck at the end of the mat and staying on it by the landing :P Haha. Next step? Add more mats and make it higher :O I also worked on round off Arabian's, and I learned how to set once more for my round off tuck; aka, they can be SKY HIGH now :D

Good weekend is good :P

Day 23:
Had a session with my brother and his friend. I believe it lasted 2-3 hours? Wasn't really anything too great. Not too bad, neither.
Plus conditioning.
3 minute wall handstand; 1 minute of rest.
Holds until 1 minute of tuck planche.
3x12 HSPU progression; 2 minutes of rest.
3x8 Dips; 2 minutes of rest.
3x6 Wide grip pull ups; 2 minutes of rest.

Day 24:
Had another 2-3 hour session (I wanna say it was ~2 hours and 45 minutes). Worked on a lot. Flow (still kinda wet, so it wasn't entirely there). Webster side flips; learned to side roll out of it :P Haha, fun stuff xD Arabians. More flow :P

Day 25:
Raining pree' bad, so no training session. Plus, I used this to catch up on sleep, and I have homework :P But! I did condition.
3 minutes wall handstand; 1 minute of rest.
Holds of tuck planche for 60 seconds total; 15, 30, 10, 5 (seconds).
3x8 HSPU progression (made a little harder then Monday); 2 minutes of rest.
3x15 "Weighted" push ups; 2 minutes of rest (I have lost my spot to do dips...).
3x6 Wide grip pull ups; 2 minutes of rest.
1x15 Leg lifts.
1x5 Pistols.

I wanna do core and legs on Tuesday and Thursday... Maybe. :P
Plus, I need to get back to posting daily and not every 3 days O.o
Working on my month 1 video :) It will be my worst, and it will be repetitive. But it's an introduction video, and I'm learning how to film for training sessions every day xD

Had cheer for 2.5 hours. Before that I drilled standing tucks for about 15 minutes. They're getting a lot better :)

Otherwise; made THIS!

Day 27:
Small freerunning session. Nothing major.
Then, at 10 p.m., I had a lot of things clouding my mind, upsetting me. So, I went out. From 10-12 I was downtown with a good friend of mine just practicing. Oh how it makes me feel so well <3

Day 28:
Had a ~1.5 hour session followed by a 2.5 hour drive to Cinnci for a competition :P

Day 29:
Had a 2 hour open gym session with Matthew and Nick, and some guys from LPK. Then a 2 hour cheer practice. Today I truly began tumbling comfortably. With everything. I love the feeling of just knowing I can do something and not having that fear anymore. Next step is to bring this feeling outside. :3 I'll get there, give me February (that month's goal :P). Great day.

Over all? Good weekend :3

Day 30:
Overall sore. lol So no conditioning (Nothing major; at least). But I had a small session. Didn't really do much, intended for a lot more... But tomorrow will be better, we have a full session planned :D Plus, I now have some time for rest o.o
Tomorrow I may be able to get enough clips to finish up the "Blitz Reunion" video :D

Day 31:
Major change in plans. No big session; had to go to the mechanics to get my front tires changed. Now they're fixed; but I missed my big session planned :/
I'm doing some conditioning, and I had almost an hour session spent in my back yard :) Worked on random combo's mostly :) Like a standing precision, to stride precision (and tuck; but that wasn't really "flown" into the combo :/ Not YET, at least ;D), and reverse. Front walk over, precision, precision. Butter fly kick, round off (wanna throw a handspring tuck or something outta that... :O). Plus, I began trying to work on my butterfly twist :DD

Tomorrow I will be performing some lonesome training, then I'll be at Competitive Edge (gym from Sunday's open gym) for an hour to tumble :)

Day 32 (month 2 is here!):
Brought Nick and Aj today, which was unplanned :P
First got to the park and had a 30 minute session before the rain. Afterwards was just sporadic training throughout with random movements, nothing specific. Worked a little more with my butterfly-kicks.
Then went to open gym for an hour. For majority of my time I worked on my layouts. But I also did more random stuff, such as a few standing fulls (getting closer!), my first ever double kong!, and just a few runs :P
Did random conditioning, nothing major.
I think I'll start conditioning while doing homework, it kept me awake and interested :D

February Goals:
B-Twist.
Comfortable tumbling, grass at least. I wanna throw my front walk over round off handspring tuck in grass, and also be able to tumble outta stuff (such as a kong vault).
-Coach made this one, lol- Round off Arabian step out Round off Handspring Layout.

Day 33:
Had a little back yard session for a while.
Found out my tire was flat :/
Eventually found a ride to cheer practice. I drilled my standing fulls for about 30 minutes before practice actually started, they're getting better. Higher, and I'm learning how to pull more instead of always stopping at the half mark. Then just did random stuff during practice... :P

This weekend will be an odd one.
Tomorrow I get to tumble at a free open gym :D Then I have competition Saturday and Sunday -__-

Day 35:
Cheer competition; that's it... lol I got some extra tumbling in. Otherwise, nonproductive day :P

Day 36:
Cheer competition day 2. Afterwards, when I got home, I went out to the local elementary school to train. Got around an hour and a half of training in :O If it was dry I would've began working on my goal of "comfortability" with my tumbling... Yet, it was not, haha. I did, however, work on my front halfs, and my Italian job/sit and turn vault.

I thought I've posted Monday? O.O

Day 37:
Small session at McNeely. Learned to do a kong to dive roll :) THrew some double kongs to xP And did some bar work. I need to figure out what the move is called :P

Day 38:
Session at McNeely for s short period of time. Then, at 9 I went to a weight lifting gym for the first time in probably about 3 years o.o Stayed till midnight xD
Twas fun :)

Day 39:
Freerunning for about 2 hours before sleet killed me and Nick o.o lol We had a pretty productive day overall though. Worked on more bar work; beginning to become more comfortable with them :) SO pumped :P Haha. Did basic training for unusual weather. It was good to finally get that done. We used to never train if there was a lick of wetness out. :O
I also tried working on B-Twists for about 20 minutes tonight... I need to post a video soon; for I don't know what in the world I am doing/doing wrong xD
Also did some minor conditioning :)
10 Pistols on both legs
8 Weighted Dips
20 "3 count sit ups"
5 Flutter kicks

Time for some random push ups for posts', and just for the sake of doing some :) I'm thinking about 30-40? :D

Day 40:
Good day is good.
Did some stuff in my house! Handstand work, kong/double kong/dive kong work, lache's, and rolls.
Then;
Had a lonesome session for about an hour. I worked a little more on my B-Twists... I feel as if they're getting no where. But, I still tried. Hm. Worked on flow, and "comfortability." Did my first double kong outside :) Done my Arabian off a smaller obstacle (slide, maybe aboutttt...... 2 feet? I'm not certain).
Then;
2.5 hours of cheer practice. Didn't do much tumbling... Didn't do much at all -__-

Competition this Saturday.

Worked on B-Twists for a while. And did some major walking :P

Day 42:
Competition. First place <3 at the end, I got some extra tumbling in. :)

Day 43:
Damn good day.
2 hour open gym: standing fulls (with spot), and much tumbling along with a few double kongs :)
2 hour cheer: standing Arabian on flat, and my one man.
:)
