my personal opinion - flipping into foam pits SERIOUSLY freaks me out... I can do bar dismounts into them fine, but back tumbling off a tramp... scary stuff man >.<.  I like em better is there's just a big squishy mat off the end

On a trampoline try this.  Stand no bounce then back flip.  After that take a couple of blankets like maybe 4 inches worth stand on them no bounce do a back flip.  ;)  After that maybe you can take it to sand or grass.

another note, my standing tumbling (back tucks, layouts, fulls) are worse on tramps.  Even when I dont bounce.  For some reason I just love grass lol

kendall i know exactly how u feel
 i cant tumble well on trampolines any more but on grass or spring floors everything feels great
and hurray for spring floors and blocking, i swear i flew a bit last time lolol

Wait im not getting any cupcakes son of a- [WTF], anyhow i like the lesson of not dieing. Still who will be my master? :-X

well nobody knows where you live haha so go to the regional forums and see if there are any parkour groups or classes in your area and join them.  people in this parkour community are normally generous and will take anyone in.  also at local gyms or rec centers they have parkour lessons or groups of people who go to the gym during open floor and practice all together there.
