its joe AKA parkourstarta,
im from wolverhampton, UK, been working out on and off for a few months now and looking to get into parkour and free-running, by training at home... with no equipment! :/ , was told about apk a few days ago by an aquaintance on another forum for bodybuilding, i saw about free-running and parkour on the tv months ago and seen it on youtube, and i wanted to be able to do it, so now ive taken a step towards 1 of my goals..
hopefully gona get to the stage of been great like alot off u guys on here and youtube!
