I've tried this before, never really updated, one last try...

Goals: by August 15th
  • Run two miles{}
  • Dead hang muscle-up{}
  • 25 Push-ups{X}: Completed August 8th
  • 40 Sit-ups{X}: Completed July 16th
  • 1:00 Assisted handstand{X}: Completed August 8th
  • 15 Pull-ups{}


July 11th, 2010
Stretched Legs
Ran 1.3 Miles
Stretched everything

7 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups
15 squats
20 Second assisted handstand
Repeat three more times (Fourth round 40 second assisted handstand)

Very... very sore... Wednesday and Saturday will be my off days. Thursdays and Sundays will be my training days, along with the morning workout. 15th and 30th of every month I see if I have reached a goal. APK warm-up every Monday.

Off day. Slept a lot...

Felt sick...

Fell asleep 11 P.M.
Woke up 3 A.M.

6:30 A.M.
Stretched legs
.9 mile run

Felt nauseous. I don't think I'm sick, or rather I don't want to be sick. I'm going to throw a shot at the workout later today. I haven't been sleeping enough or right, that might be the problem. I'll guess a training log should also keep track of one's health too.

Edit: Tried for one of my goals; 45 sit-ups. Completed.
Edit Edit: I Think I know what's wrong. I made eggs a few days ago and I'm pretty sure they were undercooked. I've been having all the symptoms of salmonella witch mean I will most likely be out until Wednesday or Thursday.

Light conditioning warm-up
Hour gym session:
Landed a few side-flips (out of several tries)
Wall-ran up to beat an employs wall-run record (11 feet)
Several other random play things
Favorite moment is a tie between the first landed side flip and a bailed kong (you know when you look like superman)
