Okay so here is the deal.  May change by end of week depending on response.

I know a lot of us are burnt out on mill avenue so we will hit up some different spots instead.

Tentative schedule:

9 to 11 am beginner clinic at Indian School Park

This means if you have had less then a year of training, are a complete beginner, or just want to you can be in the clinic.  This will be a two hour clinic going over foundation, form, and training methodologies for those new to the sport.  I guarantee it will be a blast for all, just jump right in...ha ha.

This time of day is best temperature wise,  If your coming in from out of town are over 18 years old you can stay at my place over night both Friday and Saturday if you want to get to the clinic in the morning or wish to stay over Saturday night to rest up.

2pm

we will break for a few hours after the clinic to get out of the heat and will resume at 2 pm for some natural Parkour at El Dorado Park, this way we can stay in the shade of the trees.

There are several areas we will visit after El Dorado

Back to Indian School Park

Chaparal park
Chestnutt Park
ASU to some extent
and perhaps my gym if i can get it arranged Saturday night

We will have  a cook out with good healthy recovery food and maybe a pool party.

It really all depends on the response for the jam.

9am for the clinic not good?  then let me know what works best for everyone and the majority may get their way.

We may need a few dollars per person to cover food and water costs. It's the bloody freakin dessert guys and gals your going to need water.

This could be a very fun and educational jam if we get it going, so go ahead tell your friends, get them pumped, bring a new friend it will be a great day of training, playing, teaching and learning.
