New guy come fourm

Hi,i'm new ;D.I'm from VietNam.I know that parkour just for 14 or older(cause i'm just 11 year old).But i really want to learn,so i decide to register to APK.I hope i can learn a bit of parkour :P.

I don't know that an 11 year old could not start learning parkour... I would say that now is the time to start learning some fundamentals, especially landing, rolls, etc.  My eight year old son has gone to some jams with me and has participated.

Welcome to the forum. And there's no age limit/minimum to parkour, no worries. Good luck on your training, and stay away from drops. Especially while your still developing, it's very important that you respect your body and its limits.
