Well, I figured I might as well give this a try. Constructive criticism and comments are appreciated!
I am currently about 2 months into my training as I started on April 26 in 2010.
Weight: 185
Height: 5 11'
Current Bench: 135 155
Max Pullups:5 8
Dips: 0 6

-A full climb-up** (10/1/10)
          A 3 second climb-up with good form
-A front tuck/flip**
-A back tuck/flip
-A barrel vault
-1 minute wall handstand** (August, 2010)
-Kong vault: a split-step jump and 2-step landing** (July, 2010)
-Monkey vault: raise it to lower chest level** (August, 2010)
-Smoother Rolls: rolls on concrete*
-2 Miles in under 14 min
-10 second free handstand*
-Pullups: 10 pullups in one sitting*
-Dips: 5 dips in one sitting** (August, 2010)
          10 Dips in one sitting
-Max Bench: 160*
-Lower Weight to 160*

Morning Conditiong:

   Some Stretching

For breakfast I had a bowl of oatmeal along with a cup of skim milk.
Snack at 1:20-Apple and 10 Cashews
2 Hour Bike Ride
Snack at 4:52-Peach
A bowl of beans at 6:10
For Dinner I had a chicken breast and a salad

Evening Conditioning:
x10 Weighted Pullups
x5 Dips
x10 Bench Press-115 lbs
x10 Power Clean- 85 lbs
x10 Burpees
x20 Seconds Leg-lift
x20 Lunges (1 for each leg)
x30 Squats
Full Stretching Session

Rest Day

Weight: 183.8
For Breakfast I had a bowl of oatmeal w/ 1 cup of milk and an apple
Small Warmup:
x10 Pullups
x5 Dips
For Lunch I had 3 eggs
I went up to Hampton Elementary and practiced techniques mainly: monkeys, keeping flow, and balance. I now can comfortably vault at waist level with minimal speed. However I need to get over this turn vault fear.
Snack @ 3:22-2 7 inch carrots and a few grapes
Had dinner and slightly gorged myself on peanut butter wafers.
Played an intense game of ping-pong and practiced my split-step kongs.

Went to an open gym and practiced front and back flips mainly. Also practiced double kongs.
I also achieved (not in the gym) my farthest kong today I believe it was around 5'10-6' long.

Small Workout:
x11 weighted pullups

x5 dive bomber pushups
x10 explosive leg jumps
x10 precision jumps
2x20 seconds frog stand
I also found out today that the weightlifting machine I use can be used for squats, which will make squats much easier to set up.
@ 11:49-Peach, 4 Strawberries, 5 meatballs-243 calories
3 Sets HIIT- 45 sec with 2 min rests
Basically a rest day for me

Just went to a football workout.

Tire pull (1v1 pull the tire to your side) win
x5 laps around basketball court
Small Parkour session w/ a friend. Worked on technique.
Weight: 180.6
(Comment: Late Wednesday, thursday, and friday i will be at a friends house so i may not get the normal conditioning in as usual. Possibly some bodyweight training. Also I just ordered a pair of feiyues.)

Spent the day with a friend.
Didn't achieve much except some bodyweight training.
Also was not able to keep up the diet @ my friends house.
Pulling an all-nighter (which I know is unhealthy), but going for a run (hopefully) tomorow

At my friends house. Managed to achieve some bodyweight exercises (frog stand, pushups) and go for a mile run. Also tried to eat a minimal amount. Practiced front flips, back flips, sideflips, and websters in his pool.

Got back from friends@ 10 pm. Did the WOD(31 pullups) and 7 dips. I did 3 dips in a row.
 Weight:177.6
Although I couldn't keep up my diet @ friends, I managed to keep my weight steady.

Rest Day

Very tired from 2 consecutive all nighters, woke up at 1 in the afternoon.
Weight:176.4
Had a birthday party at my cousin's.
Went out for a half-hour test run of my new feuyues. They stick very well, and they teach good form. I just corrected my precisions, walked around 25 feet on a rail, and I performed my first climb-up(that was probably because of my conditioning)! I did a wallrun, pulled my head over the wall, got both my arms over the wall and grabbed the other side, slowly got my stomach on top of the wall, performed a dip until my arms were locked,  swung my left leg over and on top, and stood up. All in all, it took me probably around 20 seconds, so I definitely need to work on conditioning some more.

Chess Camp today
Lunch @ chess camp I had-a cup of sprite, 2 eggs, around 10 strawberries, and a cup of fruit.
Virtually no exercise except for some running at chess camp
Snack at 4:00-about 25 baby carrots
For Dinner-1 chicken breast w/o skin, 1 cup of peas, and 1 cup of sliced cantaloupe.
Evening Conditioning:
3x5 Bench Press-115 lbs
3x5 Squats-135 lbs
x8,x5,x5 Pullups
x30 Seconds frog stand
x30 seconds front lever progression
2x10 Height jumps (about 1.5 feet)
2x10 Long jumps (about 6 ft.)

Lazy Day today. Chess camp and maybe a friend. Probably a rest day, but tomorrow I have football workouts and friday I have a parkour workout. Might go to Hampton and practice mainly climb-ups.
Very bad day my friend came over we went up to Hampton for a couple of minutes and practiced all around skills, went home played video games, and ate FAST FOOD!!!

Fast food yesterday :(
Very tired today, skipped football workouts, might go to Hampton after chess camp.

Great day today. Had fun @ chess camp, discovered I could get on the roof of a building (didn't do it), and had an awesome hour of parkour at Hampton. Practiced, precisions, rail balance, monkeys, climb-ups some (still can't do a climb-up without placing my arms on top  >:( any help?), and did some workouts (dips, pullups, assisted muscle-ups, front lever progression). The highlight was probably when a little kid asked me how i got on top a wall when I was just chillin on a wall after a climb-up. Just felt pretty good.

Open Gym today. Practiced front flips, back flips a little bit, and some kongs. Getting much better at front flips, almost ready to start them on regular land.

Tiring day today. Sean Nelan came over and another friend, we had lots of parkour practice. Went up to Ridgely Middle School and safely got on the roof and just walked around. Got down, took some footage, practiced some vaults, and had a great time. Went home and just chilled, did some workouts (I benched 135), and practiced handstands(I am now going to practice handstands more, especially on rest days. Record was 3 seconds free, about 10 against a wall. Just added that to goals). Overall, a great parkour/tricking day, some very good exercise, and did something I would have never been able to do before now (get on the roof of Ridgely).
