Open Gym today. Practiced front flips, back flips a little bit, and some kongs. Getting much better at front flips, almost ready to start them on regular land.
Tiring day today. Sean Nelan came over and another friend, we had lots of parkour practice. Went up to Ridgely Middle School and safely got on the roof and just walked around. Got down, took some footage, practiced some vaults, and had a great time. Went home and just chilled, did some workouts (I benched 135), and practiced handstands(I am now going to practice handstands more, especially on rest days. Record was 3 seconds free, about 10 against a wall. Just added that to goals). Overall, a great parkour/tricking day, some very good exercise, and did something I would have never been able to do before now (get on the roof of Ridgely).
