Left Knee Dislocation Pain rated about 8
Did you see a doctor for diagnosis?
It being a cronic issue i did the standard ice heat combo till i got home and got my crutchs and knee brace

Not for this injury

Was planning to shoot video of us practicing but this happend a few attempts before we would start
Could you / how could you have avoided the injury?
Not done a backspin kick 3 years ago causing the initial dislocation
Date / type / severity of your last injury?
Last Injury was a tricep strain from forcing my muscles to lift me up a wall thats in out PK route.
If this part is refering to last knee injury it was 1 year ago when i get tripped during a lacrosse game and landed wrong on it
Notes on the experience?
Launching and landing on the same leg can cause to much force and collape a knee it wasnt a fun experince
Edit: ive noticed that me knee is working propperly other then the fact that i cant bend it all the way any ideas wats wrong?
