I don't train nearly as hard as I want to, so I plan to change this. Although this training regiment would be much easier with a partner, I will try my best to stick to it. Here I will record my progress, feel free to post, but keep it relavent.
Wednsday, October 10th, 2006-
Diet- Nothing for breakfast, or lunch today. Just Dinner, Spinich Ravioli with home-made Honey Oat bread, 2 glasses of water, and a glass of green tea.
Parkour Practice-
None.
General Exercise-
20 Pushups.
20 Situps.
20 Squat jumps.
Capoeira (Helps my focus.)
Goals-
Learning to roll on concrete.
Finding a partner.
Increasing Endurance.
Finding a new place to practice.
Accomplishments-
I found a playground very close to my house, very secluded.
Also tried training in the woods, loved it, but theres so much glass from drug addicts that i probably wont be training there again.
Need to learn to do a bar frontflip vault.
