Nike actually makes a shoe designed for parkour now it's called Nike free run I saw them at sports authority

Idk about these. They might be a tad bit tight, or they may fit just right, not sure. Depends on the shoe. But here are some shoes specifically designed for freerunning. (and so I am assuming work very well with parkour as well)

Size 14 1/2 wide. Gives me some good grip. Don't worry, you'll adapt your movements to your body.
