Hello and welcome to APK Forums! You can find great information and starting tips from the FAQ: http://www.americanparkour.com/content/section/6/417/

Just start off with conditioning (Push ups, muscle ups, mile runs, L-sits).
Don't do any vaults or precisions. At first, practice landing and rolling techniques. Some videos might help you:

Stay off of heights and roofs! Enjoy yourself in APK.

10 push-ups/post! ^^

Thanks, you all :)
And, I do vaults already. Granted nothing major (such as Kong vaults, or Super man vaults, but still the normal/easier vaults). Thanks for the links, I'll be sure to check them out :D I'll be working on my parkour conditioning. Thanks, again :D

And lol I love roofs :P
