Every Wednesday in Georgetown we have Training sessions at 4:15 pm. let us know if you can make those and ill fill you in with specifics. Bethesda is a hotspot around here so we often come to jams around there (actually we just had a jam out there a few weeks ago). This weekend, there is a jam in Fairfax, VA at George Mason university, if you think you can make that, let me know and maybe i could give you a ride out there. Also be sure to check out the Maryland forums and the VA forums, because we all go to the same jams!
For more info also, you can check out VA-Parkour.com

I guess 4:15 it is :)

I'll just make sure to NOT stop at Starbucks on the way next time so I'm on time ;)

we can make it 4:30 if you want. that would be easier, now that we know what we are doing.

haha no age limitation. as long as you have a way of getting yourself there and your parents dont mind. 2 of the 4 people present at the last session are in high school too.

Yeah, I think we finished a shade b/f 6 last time.  I know I was back to my car at Pentagon City at 6:22 after walking from gtown to Rosslyn and taking the Metro to Pentagon City.

Maybe we could go a bit longer next time . . there is more traffic on 395 than I thought there would be at 6:30 ;)

I might not make it this week, If i dont finish this huge assignment before class, im going to have to finish it with some classmates after class when im supposed to meet up with kristof. maybe if i dont spend too much time on it ill take the bus out and meet you guys.

But its approaching finals week, i was way too much to do for the next 2 weeks.

I'm gonna have to play this one by ear guys.  My lower back is still pretty sore.  I'll have to see how it feels in the morning.  The last thing I want to do is aggrivate it and be on the shelf even longer.

Well, that works out OK for me then.  Now I don't have to struggle with the decision as to whether or not to test my back out ;)  Plus, we might be better of due to the snow/ice anyhow.  I almost busted my ass twice yesterday on some ice and I was just walking

Next week looks like mid 40's and sunny as of now.  Hopefully that holds up and we can make up for it next week.

Im going to try my hardest, but again, this is crunch time for me. I have final exams on thursday that i need to study for, and i have one on friday i need to study for. i feel bad only having one session in a 3 week period, but it just might be impossible for me to make it. after this week i should be golden though.
