Oh hi unexplainable shoulder pain. sup?
« on: May 26, 2010, 05:22:46 PM »
I have been having pain in my left shoulder whenever I do wall presses (spider climbs to some). I don't really know if it is a strained muscle or something, but it only takes two or three presses for the pain to shoot up. I haven't fallen on it, or stretched it too hard, and I haven't always had the pain, and I trained wall presses for a week or two before it started to hurt.

It is either in my deltoid or coracobrachialis... I think the second, based on which stretch helps to alleviate the pain.

It doesn't really impact my training much because wall presses are the only thing that make it hurt, but I do want to continue training them again ASAP.
Heck with drugs and alcohol. I get high off exercise. Feel those endorphins pump.
We all come from the same place, all trying to get to point B.

My subscapularis. Because that apparently entwines wrist pain, which i get with it sometimes.

I guess the closest thing on that chart is extension, but it is way out to the side, rather than in front.

So you were saying deltoid and now it's subscap?

This is weird. You do know subscap is UNDERNEATH your scapula in the back. yes?

I think you should get yourself to a physical therapist to figure out what is wrong. This is not working
