If you use a name, try to use either real name, or something close to your APK name. Makes it SOOOO much easier to figure out who's who [You can also log in with a temporary name]

YAY I got a sticky  anyway I just saw a lot of the old traceurs getting pissed and all the actual conversations going on on the forums so i remembered this one chat utility on all the anime sites i go to so i made a chat as an example. I didn't think it would be this popular.

Just to you know, keep everything under proper authority and such, something about APK's rules and how the chatroom's member's opinions do not reflect APK's opinions and yadayadayada

I'm confused as to exactly what you are notifying M2 about? Several mods, including Andy Keller have made appearances in there. We've also carried over the APK rules, including forbidden topics. (politics, etc.) Although that isn't posted anywhere, all the chat room mods, and most of the current regulars are aware that APK is the governing base, and the same rules apply. The chat rarely even gets heated, it's a very friendly atmosphere.

Well, I kinda figured since Andy stickied this thread, that you at least knew about it.

There are several moderators, but our powers are limited to deleting posts, and un/banning users. There are enough mods, that there is usually at least one on if it's being used.

So far, we've only had one person that I know of that posted as anon for any length of time, and he was being respectable, so there was no issues. Most people put their name in pretty fast.

Not too many people frequent it, I think the most there has ever been on at once was 9, but it's usually 3-5 on average. We chat about all kinds of things, quite frequently even Parkour! But you never know when you log in what is going to be going on. But it's all been very adult, for the most part, so far. No problems. Nobody has had to be asked to clean up their act.

Jesse, can you prevent anon people from posting? That's not a bad idea.

(Although, now that I think about it, they can just pick xxxxxx as a name, so it really wouldn't make a difference)

I believe all of it. In fact, I'd be surprised if anything else happened. But, there's always that thing of legal issues, and with an open chatroom such as this, the troublemakers of the internet (a.k.a. trolls) could easily hop on and that's where things go downhill. But even then, the mods should have that covered

But like I said, it's that legal issue stuff.

None of us would want to see APK get into trouble because of it.

Yea I just made it as an example. I never actually intended it to get the popularity it did. I though hey if I took the initiative maybe we can do something about all the whining in socialize. I never meant to do anything to upset the awesome mods and admins of apk.

Tinychat is stupid Devin banned me for rickrolling an entire broadcast. I mean if I can't troll there WHERE DOES IT STOP??(also He can't figure out how to unban me so if anyone can help him help me that would be sick)
