Been busy, but still working out, my bench press is up to working out with 170 now, think I'm maxing 195-200 I'll have to check. Climbing muscles are coming along. I seem to have hit a plataeu on my pull ups. Last year BMT got me all kinds of jacked up, dropped from around 20-25 pulls ups to barely 6 in two months, within a week I was able to barely get up to 10, right now I'm at 13-14 depending on the day on my first set, I haven't been able to get them back up for some reason, selection didn't help either, nor the months of tech were I couldn't get ahold of a pull up bar often. I'll figure something out, going for benching, squating, and pulling my body weight 20 reps each right now.
