Yesterday I went to one of my local spots where they have some nice walls and a playground area. I mainly focused on basic movements, trying to figure out good areas and get some flows going. I got a little bit of video footage to watch and help myself with my form. My goal is to be able to have one long steady flow of freestyle parkour throughout 2 main sections of the park, which are pretty large. I am okay in most movements, but I have trouble with the wallspin. I hope to get that down pretty soon. Ill try again tomorrow.
