Darnit i just cant get the dash vault as perfect as i want...every time i try i can never get a nice spring out of it....i think its mostly a Fear factor of me missing my hands and breaking my Ars right on the rail....any tips?

thats why you learn them on walls first. just keep trying.

try it on walls that are fairly easy for you to jump over, but not too low, something a little above waist height.

Good tips.... I will have to try them like this.  How fast do you think you should be going?

well when i did it, i used a picnic table to do it on.....for me it was fairly easy, but yesterday when i was training with stereo he taught me about "block"  it makes every move i do better than what i would usually do, and i get more height when running and jumping a gap......
