i enjoyed the parkour seminar, even though my whole body got beat up. i found out that my body is weak. so im thinking of doing parkour conditioning at home. any suggestions?

Run, jump, climb, crawl, [and you can also lift things, throw stuff, and swim]
If you need more specific conditioning, look at some of the old HIpk conditioning videos
