Hi there,

my name is Ildegarde (Kelvin) and I live in The Hague (The Netherlands).
i learned about Parkour  through a tv show and a Discovery program. i thought it looked awesome and gave a feeling of freedom.
im spiritualy in seach of some answers, knowledge, freedom and peace in my mind n heart. i have now decided to practice Parkour, it will perhaps connect my body and my way of thinking.i hope ill find the answers i am looking for and that my body will enjoy the ride along the way.
