Summer Training!
« on: May 12, 2010, 02:47:24 PM »
Hey everybody,

First and foremost I want to apologize for not posting any training sessions lately. I've allowed myself to get wrapped up in other thing, but don't let that discourage you. Please feel free to post training sessions any time or place.

I won't be able to organize anything for the next week and half because I will be out of town, but when I return I will be training like a madman. The American Rendezvous will be starting on the 28th and I know I need to get in shape for that. I'm planning on going out training that monday and wednesday for at least 3 hours. I'd like to try some more intense training and conditioning in place of our typically more lax sessions. (See "The monkey's back" with Stephane for an Idea of what I have in mind).

Don't let this steer you away if your unsure of whether to come, everyone is always welcome to come and train at their own level.
After that I plan on training at least once a week every week. I can't wait for warmer weather and more training!

-Gavin

Thanks, Gavin!

Please be sure to continue to post every time you train, even if it's on a regular day. This keeps our content fresh and reminds people of training sessions.

I'll be in Madison during the last or last two weeks of July. Will you all still be training then?

Also, our training calendar can be found here:

Two of our three regularly-scheduled weekly training sessions for summer are in Madison. Hope to see you out training sometime!
