Best thing you can do is listen to those who have come before you. AND in my mind learn as much history as you can.

I have made Parkour, ADD, Freerunning, and movement my life. I could have been engaged with a wife and kids by now. But I choose my passion. For a girl I dated once it was like I was cheating on her with parkour. Would have been a good life and my dad would have had a grand kid before he dies.

Every one of us needs to ask them selfs why we are doing this.

there's no reason you can't balance parkour and a normal life
understanding parkour is life, you wouldn't really be balancing them i guess, more combining them

I knew this but she couldn't understand it. Which is fine we went our own ways. She is now with child and I still care for her very much and it will take a lot for me to approve of any her choices in guys.
