Ok. I have not updated my journal in a while. I realize that without some kinda of guide, training is kinda aimless.
recent news, started Capoeira, love it, insanely fun thing to do, but I realize I can't improve much without my own training as well. I also know I've been slacking. Right now I have Cap 5 times a week.
Weekly schedule now:
4-5 times capo every weekday
2-3 days strenght training
2 days parkour
Strenght would be, as usual, getting squat to 300 (been saying that for a looong time)
Dips, getting to +50? lbs (for now)
Pull ups +25 lbs
HSPUs 5x3
That is all.
also, I want to train for a decent roundhouse kick and side kicks, so I will be doing tha whenever I'm not strneght training.
