Ok so we ALWAYS have Oreos at our house and whenever I pass by their cabinet, I HAVE TO OPEN IT AND STUFF MY FRICKIN FACE WITH LIKE 3. I can't help it, they're sooooo good. The yummy hard biscuit part, the creamy vanilla inside, and THEYRE JUST SO AMAZING! But is it okay if I stuff my face but train more to make up for it?
EDIT: I haven't noticed any difference to my physiology now, which is obvious. I feel as strong as ever and have been having excellent parkour and conditioning days this whole week and I've made a significant breakthrough every day.
Oh this sometimes happens with Cakesters too, which is obviously a lot worse. But they're just like Oreos EXCEPT SOFTER
