Hey, I am new to parkour and I was wondering if we could set up a beginners jam for newbies

like me. I can get pretty much any where in boulder county but i am getting a job and have school so i would have to work around that. The good thing is that i only work/have school during the week so I am free weekends.

I have been practicing some things but my major fault is my arms are not strong at all i cant do anything involving my biceps. What would be really good exercises for my biceps.
P.S. it is so bad my triceps are bigger than my biceps
