Conditioning (HELP!)

Umm... I'm pretty badly bent out of shape and I need some help with both physical conditioning and with the techniques I learned. I think I'm the only guy in the club needing some extra help, because all the other guys seem to have their techniques/bodies down solid, while I'm starting from the ground up. Heck, I barely know how to stretch correctly. Now I don't really know what do to, and I was almost too embarassed to post this.

But really, I'm lost, and I need guidance, because I find that I'm not working out correctly and that if I try the techniques, I tend to either do them incorrectly, or I do some injury to myself. 

Is there any way I can set up a conditioning/tutorial time without burdening you guys?

Yep, I'll help you.

If you remember me, I am the guy who is with Gymkana, and have been doing a lot of gymnastics conditioning for about a solid year more or less now. I have also self taught myself a lot about exercise.
