Good going on the jump, ever tried explosive push ups? You jump like with claps but don't clap, works your fast twitch muscle fibers, give it a try will help with normal push ups to.
i've done claps before, so i understand the idea behind them. I suppose I should do some of those....

I was up until 4:30 AM with intense stomach pains. I still feel lousy today. I might do an indoor workout later, but I am not heading out.

I managed to update my goals list... but it was acting strange and jumped to the top every time I selected anything. I had to fight for it, but there goes another goal off my list =D

Couldn't get myself motivated for the half hour 3 mile trek to where I do parkour, so I played around my house. Ab workout, 100 (and counting) pushups, played with handstands.... I needa work on those.

Last day of school is tomorrow. Hallelujah.

Took 2 rest days... I think I really needed them.

Starting to find balance in handstands. 25 muscle ups (+1 for Jack Kendall). twenty five 8.5 foot length precisions... My distance is growing. ab workout. no pushups today.

Walked 4 miles from a friend's house to mine, then 3 miles to go do parkour, then another 3 home. Im going to go to a bazaar 1.5 miles away, then 1.5 back. Then later 2 mile trek for play practice. 15 miles of travel, plus a 2 hr pk workout. I'm boss.

another 2 rest days. I felt guilty about that so I didn't let myself slack off at all.

25 8.5 foot length precisions. 15 up 5 museum stairs. 10 more jumps up 6 stairs. 25 muscle ups +1 for Jack Kendall. Played with vaults. Played with handstands, I am getting a ton better. ab workout, 150 pushups. I REALLY want to turn the 80,000 mark, so I am just waiting a bit to post them up =P

I need a shower... I have dance at play practice later. 3 hours of pain. great.

APK hasnt been loading for me, so I haven't been able to post. Rest assured, I've been working out.

Wednesday (23rd) morning I went out buildering with a few friends. I know it isn't a great idea, but none of them do parkour so even if he had been caught, the word wouldn't come up. We walked so much... left me tired until Monday.

Friday (25th) I woke up at 9:20. Did the ab workout and 100 pushups (with a good breakfast) all before 10:30 when I left. I tired out really fast, and by the time I got to vaults and the museum stairs, I was plum tuckered out.

I have been taking too many rest days though.

Today was awesome. So was yesterday. I spent both days at a cabin an hour North of my house having a party for a foreign exchange student who is leaving. Today, being an on day, I tried to get active, and I kayaked across a 1.5 mile lake and back. I kept pace with two people in a canoe so I am pleased with my speed. I also played ultimate frisbee for a half hour. I also did a lot of swimming. Some random jumping around at a playground we found.

It wasn't a very intense day, but I probably wont train tomorrow.

Well I was right, I didn't train yesterday.

Precisions are getting a lot easier. There are 3 rows of bricks where I have been jumping from. I started out with my toes at the front of the front row... which is about 8 foot lengths. Recently I moved back a half brick. I think within a week, I can move back another half brick, depending on how serious my training stays.

ab workout, 150 pushups, 25+1 muscle ups (for Jack Kendall), did precisions and jumps at the museum, vault work.

I got duck itch from swimming in the lake I went kayaking across. It is like getting bug bites, without having to go outside. I want it to stop. I have at least 20 "bites" that are driving me nuts.

Yeah I'm sure. There were even ducks around both days I was at the camp.

Props for staying with the Yamakasi sets, but... 150 pushups? Are you strength training or endurance training? How about you get a backpack with 60 extra pounds and try again ;)

I'm endurance training. One of my goals is to do 1000 pushups during one day of school.

I know how we can keep you motivated (well for conditioning anyways). I'll post a workout (probably my evening workout maybe noon I usually take it easy on evening workouts) and my time, then you try and beat it. Then post it back on your thread and your time. A little friendly competition never hurts, and will give you a solid reason to progress, a good motivator.

I don't know what most of the stuff you do is though. Too many fancy words. I'll try it though. I am motivated again though.  I played pool-volleyball today, and getting some exercise felt GREAT.

Alright Greg here's the challenge:
50 push ups
25 pull ups
30 frog jumps (basicly just squat down like a frog and jump, do that 30 times)
30 1 leg squats (15 per side)
Post your time later. Watch your breathing on this, exhale when you exert any force, like on frog jumps, breath out when you jump, make sure to breath of you might pass out, unless you already have good cardio. Good luck.

Do they have to be in that order? the pull ups sound like they're going to slow me down.
