Well I was right, I didn't train yesterday.
Precisions are getting a lot easier. There are 3 rows of bricks where I have been jumping from. I started out with my toes at the front of the front row... which is about 8 foot lengths. Recently I moved back a half brick. I think within a week, I can move back another half brick, depending on how serious my training stays.
ab workout, 150 pushups, 25+1 muscle ups (for Jack Kendall), did precisions and jumps at the museum, vault work.
I got duck itch from swimming in the lake I went kayaking across. It is like getting bug bites, without having to go outside. I want it to stop. I have at least 20 "bites" that are driving me nuts.
