I've decided to not really post every individual rep unless I do a different amount than my goal. This has been a bad week. My last good practice was Monday. I did go out Wednesday, but I was tired, so it was lousy. Today was bad too because I haven't been eating well this weekend because my mom is in CT, and hasn't been able to oversee my nutrition. Granted, I haven't been eating a ton of bad foods, just haven't been eating as well as I could have been. Muscle atrophy doesn't set in this fast does it? >__>
I only did one set of wallclimb to muscle ups, and couldn't go on. I did 15 precisions, and didn't feel safe, so I stopped. Played around with foot placement for wallclimbs and kongs.
I'm 99.9% sure I saw a bald eagle.
