Nice video, you got me jealous though, I live in the sticks nothing near that good to practice on here, thinking about going to a gymnastics gym and seeing if there parkour friendly, think that's a good idea? At the least they have a rock wall so I can get some climbing in if all else fails, wish I could find someone in my area to go with though. I hate going to new places alone(inside the city that is, in the woods I usually don't care for company, there to noisy).

What city are you in/around/anywhere near? (and since i probably wont recognize it, what state?)  I thought I had nothing to work out on. Then I realized I was doing it wrong. I don't have anywhere to practice flow, but I would bet a hershey bar that you could find a stairway and a 10 foot wall that people don't mind you playing on. That is most of what I use. I only started doing precisions a few weeks ago.

South Mississippi, in George County, I have found People on APK around this area but none have answered my messages, I just started my own training log on here, the peer pressure got me, you should take a look, its under "Wolf's (Nick's) training log". We might can get some ideas off each other.

i went bridge jumping on my rest day. It quickly turned into a half mile swim, which tired me out. That combined with 89 degrees and high humidity made today just a bad practice day. I was rushed on top of that, so I didn't do full sets of everything. My shoulder was killing me again, so I did even less wall presses.

-5 high wallclimbs with a higher ledge to grab above it
-10/about 18 nine footlength precisions
-12 wallclimbs with muscle ups total
-5 ten foot wall presses
-20 jumps up the 5 stairs
-5 jumps up 6 stairs

I've decided to not really post every individual rep unless I do a different amount than my goal. This has been a bad week. My last good practice was Monday. I did go out Wednesday, but I was tired, so it was lousy. Today was bad too because I haven't been eating well this weekend because my mom is in CT, and hasn't been able to oversee my nutrition. Granted, I haven't been eating a ton of bad foods, just haven't been eating as well as I could have been. Muscle atrophy doesn't set in this fast does it? >__>

I only did one set of wallclimb to muscle ups, and couldn't go on. I did 15 precisions, and didn't feel safe, so I stopped. Played around with foot placement for wallclimbs and kongs.

I'm 99.9% sure I saw a bald eagle.

did that ab workout again. I gasped in pain less times, and went longer before pausing than last time. IMPROVEMENT!

It rained so I did an indoor workout in my room. Standard stuff; pushups, back lifts, heel and toe lifts...

planned out how much plywood I need to make the box I want to vault. I can cut it out of a 3'x7' board and a 3'x4' board.

Only paused in pain once during the ab workout yesterday. yesss

I decided to build up until I can do 1000 pushups in one school day. Its a long term goal... maybe for senior year... but I absolutely want to do it!  ;D

Traditional inside workout. Now I'm resting up for saturday which is sounding more and more like it is going to be rained out.

Consider my day made.

Wolf (or anyone else), do you think that the egg every day plus whatever minor sources I get throughout the day is enough protein or should I have some kind of supplement?

Quote from Eating Right: How to get Started by Chris Salvato
D) Eggs - Excellent source of protein.  Interchangeable with meat sources. (1 Whole egg = 1 Oz meat...or... 2 Egg Whites = 1 Oz Meat)

If you're really needing protein, I heard a good supplement is whey protein! You might want to check out an article on it somewhere in the diet section, but you can put that in a milkshake, food, or whatever and it has a lot of protein in it. Again, I'm not a credible source when it comes to this so you might want to further research into it! Good luck!

Also any type of fish is a great source of protein!

I don't get to into supplements, I eat a lot of unsalted boiled peanuts for a snack all the time, and usually baked chicken for supper. I'll tell ya what all I eat, maybe that will help
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
glass of milk
glass of v8 fusion (peach mango)
bowl of oatmeal
Mid-morning snack:
peanuts
piece of fruit
Lunch:
bowl of rice
bottle of water
If I can get baked chicken I eat it, though I'm not a cook
Afternoon snack:
peanuts yet again
v8 fusion
Supper:
Baked chicken
sweet peas (or green beans)
mashed potato's
water
sometimes a homemade biscuit (you haven't lived till you have tried one of my mom's or my memaw's biscuits)
and a glass of water before bed or sometimes v8.

That. Sounds. Delicious.

Well I went to Portland with a few guys today. We had a great time. I made a really long cat jump that was just about the edge of my range, and managed to climb the end of a really long wall that gradually gets longer. I'm happy.

Side note, I accidentally walked within 5 feet of a seagull nest... with a seagull on it... with 3 eggs in it... with the mate near by... with about 40 seagulls willing to provide backup within a call's reach. The myth about birds swooping for your eyes first: TRUE

did 21+1 wallclimb to muscle ups... working on getting that set up
i did my precisions on flat ground in stead of a drop. they were much easier to control, but also harder to make. I like that.
did 100 pushups today. Increasing that number slowly...
made it through the ab workout without pausing from pain... or so i have justified.

its 11:21... I left my house and did parkour from 3:30 to about 5:20, then I went to play practice which made me stand and dance from 6-9. My lower back is sore =(
I finally did 25(+1) muscle ups, crossed it off my goals.
I played around with some vaults and wall ups. I'm not very bad at either, I just hadn't tried them much.
I am already exhausted, so I'm skipping the pushups and ab workout. I need to start doing those between school (which I am almost done with) and when I go out for parkour, when I have energy.

Goodnight world.

That last post made me tired reading it, not much energy in those words bro, take it easy get some rest, try hanging upside down and turning from side to side, will decompress your back and help get it back in line.

Doing the ab workout and some pushups before I left was a great idea. Gave me a warmup, and now, when I'm exhausted again, I don't have to do them =)
did over 100 pushups. it is getting a ton easier to do a lot of them... funny how that works.

Got kicked out of 2/4 spots I go to today. First time ever getting kicked out of either of them, and it was both in one day.

JUMPED UP 7 MUSEUM STAIRS!! ;D ;D ;D 17 inches long, 4.5 inches high. I looked at how far that is in my kitchen, and I am amazed it is even possible.

Good going on the jump, ever tried explosive push ups? You jump like with claps but don't clap, works your fast twitch muscle fibers, give it a try will help with normal push ups to.
