I've been pondering the idea ever since the park in Texas was approved, of getting a parkour park here in Ottumwa, Iowa. We've got a good spot to build one here, and it's not too bad of a location; easy to get to, and the traffic isn't bad. I'm going to begin campaigning real soon to get the ball rolling. I've got the connections for several means of raising funds (including a music festival with some of the best rock bands in the state!), and I've already picked a PR guy.
I'm going to run it by here as well as my group on Facebook (Land Flight) before I actually begin, but I'm fairly optimistic about this.
