Grasham barlow or boring

:O im new to parkour and love to start training....any tips? and if theres any one in the boring or grasham zone i would love to run with you or train.. im only 16 and i have the will to learn :) (hit me ) cant wait  ;D

ye its best to visit oregonparkour but there arent really much people on(everyone starts going on in summer) but ye, i live in happy valley, clackamas?
