I'm definitely going to try to start going on Saturdays.  I'm a big guy so I'm definitely going to need to start slow.
All the days I fight the urge to eat bad, fattening food will be for nothing, a sacrifice in vain, if I give in the urge today.  Fight the urge, be free.

I won't be able to come out regularly, as I live in St. Pete, but I'm gonna try to catch a Saturday class this week

Alright I'm coming down today, I hope it's not a ghost town there, considering there's a jam over in Orlando and in clearwater.

P.S.  Had a blast guys thanks for teaching me.  I'll definitely be coming back.

I'd love to go again, but I need a new car so it might be a while before I can make it out again...

Alright, I think I can try to get back into things. I pretty much ghosted after my car died.  But I needed to recover anyway.  I learned from experience now what doing more than you're body can handle can do.  I started to develope sharp pain in my knees, probably from trying to run up walls and whatnot when I weigh 318 lbs.

My knees are better now but I lost all progress towards my weight loss.

Anyway, I still can't participate really. But I wouldn't mind coming out watching, hanging out with everyone at the gym so I can still be apart of the community in some aspect.  Now that I have a new car I can start driving out there again.
