Come to xcel 360 every friday and Saturday for parkour.Fridays are parkour open gym meaning come in and do what you want Saturdays is more of the class type meaning come in and learn everything from vaulting to climb ups,pk roll,tic tacs,kongs,dashes,,speeds,,lazys,wall flip,wall inwards,wall spins,palm flips,tumbling,precisions,stride work,and more only 10 dollars we also teach on Fridays too but it's not a class type (Fridays 8pm to 10pm Saturdays 7pm to 9pm) Join the Facebook http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000571024140&ref=ts Hope to see you all there. yes it's 10$ dollars for fridays and 10$ for saturdays and all the name wall tricks you just named can be parkour or freerunning to me if i call myself a traceur and i want to add flips in my movement i still consider myself a traceur
