Hello im new to this site and some what new to parkour how ever im a big guy hince my username i am cerious if there is a recomended weight for parkour/free running ???

As long as you're in decent condition, it doesn't really matter about your weight. Generally, though, the lighter the better(the less weight you have to carry around when you're out jamming).

Strength to weight ratio or endurance is really all that matters. The weight you have to carry doesn't matter at all. I can beat people in 5k that weight 20+ pounds less than me.
