Wall Spin

An acrobatic movement in which a person approaches a vertical face, jumps, places their hands on it, performs an inverted sideways rotation, and lands. This movement is said to be the vertical or inverted version of a palm spin.

yeah its pretty useless but i have been practicing doing them over 3 foot walls. so it does serve a purpose...an unnecessary purpose.

Wall spins are cool and it fell comfort able it is just getting the right move ment to do it..
