My Diet..Need to loose weight..

Well i am currently 77kgs..trying to get into the 60s range..will this diet help me?

1) On Monday only fruits..like apples, oranges, grapes, papaya etc
2) On Tuesday only vegetables.
3) On Wednesday Fruits and vegetables
4) On Thursday milk and bananas
5) On Friday..beef and tamatoes
6) On Saturday..beef and vegetables
7) On Sunday..brown rice,veggies and fruits.

I started training everyday and gym daily also, doing cardio every alternate day.

It actually might work as crash diet because for one simple reason eating a weird diet schedule like that you will likely be unable to eat as many calories as normal which will lead to weight loss, the damage to metabolic function, LBM, and Micro-nutrient profiles could easily cause a rebound that would leave you worse of the before and would be unhealthy at any rate.

Just count your calories, set a deficit eat real whole foods(meat, vegetables(yams but not potatoes), dairy depending on tolerance, fruit, nuts, seeds and grains sparingly), and be patient and understand you will fail to live up to your diet now and then but if you just keep at it it will pay off.
