Hey, I am new to parkour and I was wondering if we could set up a beginners jam for newbies Huh? like me. I can get pretty much any where in boulder county but i am getting a job and have school so i would have to work around that. The good thing is that i only work/have school during the week so I am free weekends. Grin

I have been practicing some things but my major fault is my arms are not strong at all i cant do anything involving my biceps. What would be really good exercises for my biceps.

P.S. it is so bad my triceps are bigger than my biceps Cry

The lessons are for any level!! The boulder area is full of all different skill levels, so you will have no trouble fitting in! Give the lessons a try, you will benefit a lot from them!

In my opinion triceps are a lot more important than biceps are.

I am going to the class next saturday Oct. 7th unless something comes up and my best bet for a beginners jam would be the sunday after Oct. 8th and I would like to have some really expierianced people to show those who came around the place(s) we went.

Yeah Oct. 8th seems like a good time for me so far and I am thinking either 10am or 1pm depending on weather my sister needs to be watched or not I wasted to see boulder-bear creek elementary school or red rocks ampitheatre and park
please post if interested

Beginners are welcome to any jam and are always helped out and showed the ropes. Jams are laid back and a lot of fun so don't worry about skill level or anything.
