Hey everyone Just moved out to the DM area from California for work in my field, started Parkour training out in Cali with a friend and got the call for work. I have been here a month now and I have not been training. I am still in a transition from moving and starting a new job but I very much want to get back into training and find some local people to go run with. I am still very new to Parkour and I am learning fast. If anyone could give me some tips on gyms to go to or areas that are good for "noobies" let me know. I live at university and 34th the less I have to travel the better but I am not with out transportation. If you feel so inclined to go running or train you can always text me on my cell 619.928.2282

Ryan, I would gladly help you out. We have a parkour jam in Des Moines on April 24th starting at the Des Moines Downtown Public Library. We don't got a time, but we'll get one. If you do show up, we'll give you some pointers and such
