Quickest way to lose fat?

  What is the quickest way to lose fat while preserving/building muscle? I need to lose some flab quick, so please help me out.

I am 12 but have been told time and time again that i am not fat but i still think so. How do I lose a little bit of flab yet maintain lean muscle? Beacuse I don't want Arnold Schwarzenagger muscles.

You may have a body image problem dude.  You look fine in your avatar picture.

If you do have flab and want to maintain muscle then a simple, catch all recommendation is to do HIIT and eat less.

Yeah but that's my face, not my stomach area. And yes I think I have an image perception promblem. How would I do HIIT?

Man Im 13, Im 5'8 weigh 122lbs. I have lots of muscle everwere including my abs but I still have extra fat there. I can see my ribs. How tall are you and how much do you weigh? you don't look anywere close to fat man. Also Puberty Changes people a lot very quickly

Well, sure, for sports like swimming, running, skiing...
for parkour you need to have some meat on your bones though.

also, to prevent confusion, when i said "get huge" I didn't mean just get fat. I meant get fat, get muscles, and become a beast.

Dude, when I was your age I had a image problem to. I think everybody does if you realy think your fat do the WOD everyday at least, and eat right and some aerobic exercises wont hurt. good luck!

p.s for me i just did the crossfit WOD and the APK WOD and waited and it goes away and bulds a nice body.

as regards to how do i do HIIT look it up it might help. Good luck! ;)

I would say you have nothing to worry about. You will probably gain some weight when you get older which is good. Bigger is probably a good thing.

Yea bro I wouldn't sweat it you look fine. If you just keep up with training and conditioning you should look great in no time. If you are really concerned HIIT is awesome im a lil on the chunky size but since Ive started ive been shaving off fat like crazy.

IMHO, body image problems are usually easily solved when you feel like you start accomplishing things.  I would suggest that you set some performance goals and you will find that the confidence follows.
