Update on the FREERailing:

It is portable. It was a bit unintentional, but now 2-3 traceurs can carry this whole thing around quite easily. (two carry the two different sides, and one carries rails.) I'm pretty glad you said 3' - 3' 6", because that was the conceptualizing measurements ;) Estimated cost is under $40, (waaay more expensive than I want) as long as you can find cheap steel piping and couplers.

So, I just checked over the schematic w/ my dad, he suggested a couple cool things. I'll show you guys the schematic in a couple minutes. He pointed out a 2x4 is actually 1 1/2 X 3 1/2 in. Damn... minor inconvenience, no biggie. (Real Lumber Dimensions) This pipe will be ideal. 1 1/4 by 60 inches. (Don't buy that one, look for those dimensions though. Once you find the price of that, multiply it by two and add about 5-10 bucks. There is the estimated price.)

WILL POST THE SCHEMATIC IN A FEW MIN.

So, railing dimensions: 3'6" (height) X 5' (length) X about (15sq ft) footpint.

Sorry if I'm rushing you, but could you post the schematic soon? I'd like to finish this before spring break ends.  :)

You'd think so, but I didn't notice until my bro pointed it out.
