sorry for my lack of posting; sometimes things seem to drop from my mind and not come back up.

Glad to know your back, Pat! Motivation is always good. I've heard of the skate park too. I have no idea where it is either xD
I don't even know where to start looking for it, either. Oh well, we'll find it sooner or later.

Hahah. Thanks, Todd.

SO! How is everyone coming, as far as training?
I just mapped out a regimen for skills training; so once I stop being lazy...

Yeah, there it is. I had the address written down, and I still haven't found where I put it. o_o Ah well, thanks Todd. I would've checked it out yesturday, but our car's clutch was broken and was going nowhere. Supposedly it is fixed now, but I won't hold my breath. In either case, if I can, I'll check it out next tuesday, probably after.. 7:30? Maybe earlier, I'm not sure yet. I'll let you all know what's going on, and perhaps people can meet me there.

Well, my track season is officially over! which means, more time for parkour. I think all the stretches, crunches, push ups, and sprints I did while on track defiantly improved my parkour. I need to work on my jumping and wall runs still, but for the most part I think that I'm still up to speed on my training.

Hah. Good for you.
I haven't gotten solidly back into training. I started back into Tae Kwon Do, and still do HIIT running and conditioning, occasionally; so my body's not going to crap. Maybe you can show us how awesome you've gotten since we last met up, sometime.

@ Kauffman: Nnnope. I know there's a group there, though.
And that's not so off-topic, really. -Thumbsup.-

@ Everyone: Oh, right. I was able to teach myself the police version of a gate vault, and then I taught it to Pat. I just have to refine it to the parkour standard of rolling straight over your shoulders, rather than sideways.

Yay for learning at your leisure...

Is erie parkour still active? Ive been out of training for about a year and id really like to get back into training with people rather than training solo.

Uhh, I'm in the process of bringing it back together. Our site and founder poof'd, and I haven't been training much, so I didn't do anything about it. But I just got an email from another guy about it--and now there's you--so I'm trying to get a forum up for us all to communicate on. I'll post the link here soon. Until then, we can talk here, I suppose.
